How would you recreate the sickeningly sweet and milky taste of these bad boys?

I make a lot of iced coffee at home with espresso over ice, syrups and milk/cream, but it tastes like actual iced coffee, not SIPS. If you've had Rockstar Roasted, Starbucks Doubleshot, or etc you know exactly what taste I'm talking about.
Something about it bugs me and I can't recreate it at home.

I'm guessing it involves powdered milk, the chemical taste of vitamin supplements masked with sick amounts of sugar, and coffee.

You probably can't get individuals for a good price, possibly you could get it from a restaurant/store via a delivery service but that will be expensive because of minimums. Amazon etc sells cases generally a bit below market price for individual cans but the price fluctuates quite a bit on Amazon (sometimes there are absurdly high prices when it is low on stock).
