I'm a robot. Extremely depressed and lonely. I have very disordered eating. I'm ashamed and only eat alone. I binge, also.

I'm trying to make some changes. One important thing for me is to cook/bake more for the people I care about. It's hard for me to get started because I live with only one roommate who doesn't seem to like me. I want to try to cook more anyway and then just take the food to friends or family. I've been too afraid that if I did cook, I'd just eat it all alone and become depressed.

But I'm trying. I'd like to plan ahead, with your help, making some satisfactory meals that will fill their tummies, put smiles on their faces, and make them feel loved. I want to be a better person. Please help me.
