One time, one of my dad's coworkers told me to try putting Tabasco on pizza. I was maybe 10 years old and we'd had Domino's delivered to the computer store he ran.

It worked fantastically. Ever since then, Tabasco has been my go-to for making average pizza better. It works so well on frozen and national chains.

ITT: food items that truly deserve their status

Going grocery shopping in a bit and wanted to get some hot sauce recommendations. I have tried Tabasco and Lee kum keep Sriracha type mayo both in the past few days and liked both but wanted to get more opinions on the matter. I'm looking to get two sauces, one a general hot sauce that would compliment any dish and a Chipotle or spicy mayo to go with chicken or fries or whatever

Can we start a campaign to make the producers of Tabasco sauce put a warning label on the bottle? I put just a few drops on a sandwich and it resulted in extreme discomfort for quite some time. How anyone could enjoy something this hot I will never know
I've already rang the supermarket and they say they'll stop stocking it if they get more complaints about the excessive heat, so there's some progress being made already
