Truly...you're really just going for the videos, right?
I mean, Ive had bad crab legs before, and they weren't GOOD, but unless they're spoiled(not rare in a buffet...) They are usually tolerable. Spoiled food I don't think should count, OTHERWISE this bread gets Hijacked into a "What poor food choices made me hurl the MOAST Technicolor Yawn" Bread...
Which could ALSO be....well.

I'll bet you think the lead in the tamarind candy is better too--let's face it, ANYWHERE you are in the world today, chances are if it's processed, it's got some evil in it.
The rare exceptions I know of are wheat and grain products from Europe--France is particularly militant about their food and Germany, Poland, Spain, Russia and several other Baltic and Nordic countries have pretty clean food too. China will poison their OWN peoples baby formula just for profit, and America seems to have some sort of agenda going on to make lots of money for the food companies and pharma biz.
Clean food is the WAE.
Ironically, There's a new sriracha at the Dollar trees here,(Amerilardland,) that's actually from Thailand and other than being a little heavy on the tapioca starch, is passable enough.
There are a lot more non-GMO foods there too, but that DOES NOT guarantee that they aren't soaked in glyphosate.
Gotta read those labels--they've been sticking Sucralose into tons of shit for seemingly NO REASON.

Warm dressings can be delicious.. wilted salads you make yourself out of quality ingredients would fetch upwards to $20/serving, depending on the restaurant.
If you've ever made a really big salad that you couldn't even eat half of, then ate it a day later, you know what I mean.

Well, to start with, drink a beer that isn't filtered--something that has a "Pancake" of spent yeast at the bottom of the bottle.
Barring that, double dose a B complex(this is what gets depleted MOAST when sloshing...And don't forget to hydrate the fuck outta yerself. 1 litre H2O/litre of swill...
Good luck!
Oh yeah... an empty stomach is better to wake up on, and a high protein, ~OR~ carb dense breakfast ,(Oatmeal, muesli, even Brown rice porridge,) along with ANOTHER dose of B complex will fix you right up.
Some people swear by remedies that include very spicy hot sauce, but I think that's more for sobering up quickly.(Eggs Benedict with a splash of habanero sauce on each round would fit the bill nicely.)
