i have pic related, basically the electric version of yours

it comes with pasta extruders and an attachment for making salsas and similar stuff

i really love it.. the juice is exceptional and the pasta was an unexpected amazing bonus

i'll go a long time without using it and then binge on it.. it'll ruin you for juice, though, the only store bought drink i buy now is unsweetened tea and an occasional can of coke if i'm super thirsty for some reason

i've never used a manual one but i'd imagine they're similar .. just make sure you do your research

i've also used the breville juicer .. they're ok but super annoying to clean
