>Raw Spinach
Usually vegetables are more nutritious raw, but raw spinach contains Oxalates which prevents absorption of certain nutrients. Oxalates can also cause muscle pain, kidney stones, and Vulvodynia for women. Garlic, broccoli, etc. should be eaten raw, but not spinach.

>Brown Rice
"Brown Rice Contains Antinutrients and May Be Higher in Arsenic. Antinutrients are plant compounds that may reduce your body's ability to absorb certain nutrients. Brown rice contains an antinutrient known as phytic acid, or phytate. It may also contain higher amounts of arsenic, a toxic chemical." White rice isn't healthy either, it's more processed and has basically no nutrients, just empty calories.
