Nothing. I'm getting a pizza from the greek parlor up the road and watching Futurama all night, as has been my custom for the last 20 years or so.

I grew up with greek style pizza, so that's always been the metric by which I judge all my pizza, but I'll admit that greek is way harder to do properly than most other styles; even in my neck of the woods where it's common, most pizza houses range from forgettable to downright awful. When done right, it's pretty fantastic, though; somewhere between sicilian and NY style with a lighter, sweeter sauce and sharper cheese blend.

But I like just about all styles of pizza, except for Chicago. Fuck that shit, it's not pizza. I can't even say it would be good if classified as any other kind of food; I'd rather just have a nice fucking lasagna or some canneloni with garlic bread. I've never had a deep dish pizza good enough to justify the existence of the style. Not even in Chicago.

Based, I love a good detroit style.

Grew up in southeastern New England and was surrounded by amazing greek pizza joints. I never understood the feud between NY and Chicago. NY is okay, Chicago sucks balls, but they're both fuckin' trash compared to a good Greek or Sicilian style pizza.

Greek-style pan pizza with chourico/linguica. Both the style and the topping are pretty hard to find outside of the New England area. I grew up with it, so I'm probably biased, but I'd take a good greek style over NY or Chicago style any day. Although, greek style pizza seems to have a much steeper quality curve; unless you find a place that knows what they're doing, it'll probably suck.

>there are people who have never had a Greek-style pizza with Portuguese linguica
Literally unsupassed. This is why New York style, Chicago style, and the entire concept of pepperoni aren't even a fucking thing in southeast New England.
