and when I added the milk I must've turned the heat on too high or forgot to stirr enough because I was doing the dishes and it got foamy and a little ughhh grainy I guess? can I still eat it or is it ruined? What are these little solid spots i created? cheese? lmao

I want to lose some weight so I've been working out a few times a week. My formerly fat friends are telling me to do keto because it works. I'd really like to but I'm poor and can't afford to eat outside my college dining hall.

The dining hall has a pasta station, a pizza thing, chopped salads, a tex mex station, sushi, and a grill with average offerings. They also have a quick service hot bar that has vegetables in it...sometimes.

I'm not really creative when it comes to food yet. What can I eat here that works with the keto diet? Please be gentle I'm popping my thread virginity. Thank you /ck/
