I lived in a different part of the world during that time. 300lbs was insane. Being that fat was a testament to the individuals personal wealth.

Yeah. Sounds like it'll work but I don't like sodas and beer. The carbonara sounds nice but my body has a difficult time taking in large portions of food at a time. Anyway, thanks for the input.

I never though rice would be my window to weight gain. I eat rice all the time already so I guess that's good.

I generally do not like being stuffed however if it will help me on my quest I will try and see if that method works.
