This recipe is the best I've tried so far - I would just follow the recipe there, then adjust to your personal taste. I usually use more shallots, more dill, and more green onion because I like the crunchy texture.

the tl;dr is just mash all that shit in there with a fork and make yourself some grey sloppa. It'll look like catfood, but its absolutely delicious. I eat it on picrel, sometimes with a little hot sauce on top (but it certainly doesn't need it). wa la
