Guys. GUYS.

I recently bought a large bottle of Sriracha (Huy Fong brand, accept no substitutes). I have tasted it many times before, but I have never until now had a bottle of the stuff for my very own.
I have ever since been putting it on everything. Breakfast was 4 eggs and a shitload of Sriracha scrambled together in a pan. The other day, I was in a hurry and warmed up a frozen quiche and put a bunch of Sriracha on top of it. THE QUICHE ALREADY HAD JALAPENOS IN IT, GUYS. At my girlfriend's urging, I even squirted a bunch of Sriracha from the bottle directly into my mouth, and I actually LIKED IT and have been repeating the experience frequently.
So I guess what I'm saying is Sriracha: not even once. It is a delicious spicy addiction unlike any other.

And also, I shall share my recipe (as it were) for a Sriracha and Parmesan cheese sandwich:
Place slice of whole wheat bread on plate. Apply thick layer of Sriracha to bread. Sprinkle liberally with grated Parmesan cheese, or any similar hard cheese. Top with second slice of whole wheat bread.
Ingest. Revel in the temporary abatement of the need to keep eating Sriracha.
