The only pizza-flavored-bread in Chicago is Pequod's, which is horrifically overrated due to its location and its caramelized cheese (granted, that flavor is among life's greatest joys) despite being mostly a lump of uncooked dough.
Chicago-style Deep Dish is, classically, more like "pizza-flavored cheese" than anything.
