my mom makes farinata sometimes, it's ok, but like other stuff made from chickpeas it's pretty dry. kinda along the same line, pane panelle is also made from chickpeas and its pretty dry too especially since you eat it as a fucking sandwich. they add lemon to it to compensate a bit.
