the reason why they're not stupid in saying CICO is pretty much everything, is because for most people (especially in US which is 80% overweight now, I believe), simply reducing your caloric intake is enough to bring yourself to a healthy weight. Which is the main goal. If you want to optimize, yes, you can start picking and choosing which macros you take in, but in the end, the biggest impact on your weight and muscle mass are diet and exercise.

well fuck me you're right, anon. I've never checked it but just assumed they were high in sugar content b/c of how naturally sweet they are. Again, your diet is fine. For the love of god, though, berries be fruit.
