Like >>20457012 mentioned, false morels exist but nothing that's indistinguishable AFAIK - pic related looks much less like a morel once it has grown and wrinkled more.

And ditto that lookalikes that are Gyromitra are naturally poisonous but parboiling reduces the toxicity and makes it edible. I've had it once - the taste was similar to morels but not really worth experimenting with.
