My favorite of the normie-tier hot sauces. The fermented flavor gives it an edge the other vinegary hot sauces don't have. An obvious choice but I love this shit.

I bought a bottle of tabasco sauce, and I have no idea on how to use it (I'm an eurofag)
what are some cool things I could prepare with it?

I can't enjoy eggs at all without it.

Also, plain, pickled jalapenos on almost anything.

What is it about Tabasco that makes it so hard for the knockoffs and store brands to imitate?

Is it the specific chili they use, or the aging process?

Because I really hate having to pay double for Tabasco but Louisiana and Crystal just taste too different and weak. And Walmart's store brand simply can't get it right. Which is funny because for just about everything else I can't tell the difference between Walmart brand and name brand.

What the fuck do I even use it for where a normal priced hot sauce doesn't work?

Has the company that makes this stuff changed their recipe? It doesn't taste like it used too. I even bought another bottle this week thinking that maybe my previous bottle came from a batch that was slightly off. Like maybe the weather and the harvest had something to do with it. Nope. The new bottle tasted the same as the weird one. I consulted my mom as well as an acquaintance who is a chef at a local steakhouse. Both agreed that it was different. Wtf is going on here?
