I'm making carbonara but I only have 2 eggs.

Can I substitute butter and/or olive oil? Normally I use 4 eggs.

I love eggs so god damn much it's unreal. if I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be eggs. They good no matter how you prepare them but my favorite is 3 large eggs scrambled, salt+pepper on two tortillas with just a bit of cheddar on top. My fridge always has eggs in it and I eat no less than 3 a day, I've eaten up to 9 in a day. They're a great meal or sncak, they're healthy and they taste so fucking good. Literal perfection. What's your favorite way to prepare eggs?

Do you have to wash your hands with soap every time you touch raw egg and as soon as possible

i get my eggs from a small farm nearby, but for the last two years they'd been sourcing their eggs from a larger farm in the area. (apparently "covid disrupted egg production" or something like that).

now they're selling their own eggs again, but I'm noticing that the whites on these eggs, when quickly boiled, are much softer than the other farm's eggs

does the texture of a boiled egg white indicate quality at all?

why do eggs make me gassy?

Can you come up with a way of cooking an egg that hasn't been done before? It can't use extra ingredients and must result in an end product that's materially different than a method which already exists.

I'll start: fill a plant mister up with beaten eggs and then spray the egg mist into a pan of hot oil (300F). The microscopic egg droplets should cook instantaneously, then you scoop it out and get a big fluffy wet brown pile of moss-like egg. It would probably be too strong to eat straight but you would put a spoon of this on your burger or on a salad.

I want to eat eggs more, but I wanna eat more than just your average omelette/scrambled egg, I wanna try a large variety of recipes, any suggestions?

At the moment I wanna try cooking eggs with pesto instead of oil, make tamago (by itself and all maybe as sushi?) and tea eggs/marinated eggs.

They're just so fucking good. Make one sunny side, throw in some bacon or shashlyk if you got access to that and serve with a side of mashed potatoes and edamame beans. Pure fucking heaven.
