all of that is exactly right, and consistency is the most major thing to protect. i consider it more important than quality or speed.

the issues i was trying to highlight were all the major things that prevent business from being attracted or returning. one difficult visit means they're never coming back, and first impressions are extremely important.

they attempted to curate menu stagnation by overloading it to the point of being so complicated people can't navigate it without asking me loads of the same questions.

nobody knows that the french is the default anymore. they think they have to choose it. you can walk up to me and just say a number, list some mods, ask for sides like a drink, and i'll ring you out fast as fuck.

now i have to answer countless questions from noobs while you wait behind them in line. like what our bread sizes are, what kind of peppers we have, what the difference between the different halves of the menu are, what the difference between the original #1 and slim #1 are because they fucked the menu up so bad. visually what actually is the difference between the #1 and slim #1 anymore? nothing by the menu's standards because it doesn't fucking tell you. they moved the "lettuce tomato & mayo" out of the ingredients lists up to the top left and put it in the tiniest font and NOBODY.
