My good anon, I'm also /food poisoned/. Did the exact same as you with some Publix chicken that was pink, except for I let it get a day or two old. Ate it with some other old leftovers and was like "LoL, I hope I don't get food poisoning!" I did with a side of fever, and now I cannot sleep due to the fever delirium and I'm supposed to be studying for a big abstract algebra exam.

Moral: no matter how hungry you are, discard the sketchy shit and eat/ make something fresh. It's worth it.
