you ever go on a road trip for some eats? me and a friend took a weeklong vacation to new orleans where we ate pobois and gumbo and shit it was fucking delicious. we didnt do anything gay. the fucking shrimp dishes and paella stuff was so tasty. I sort of want to move to the french quarter after that. they also have that smelly street you can drink on. but what about anon you ever travel a fair bit to eat some good shit?

Dumb question that is probably better suited to a science board, but why does fish go bad so quickly, and cause such sickness when eaten?

All I can think (fuck doing some original research) is that water is cold, and fish are cold blooded, therefore when we bring them to the warm surface they go spoil quickly.

That leads me to ponder if reptiles and amphibian meat spoils quickly. If only I cared enough to read a fucking book or something.

Holy shit son! Are you outta your mind? You gotta build up a tolerance for that stuff. Eat cold grits and greasy eggs with bad coffee for a month. Then work your way up to canned Mac and Cheeze and dry broccoli casserole. Give it 6 months to a year and you may be ready. I am born and raised in the South and I don’t go near the stuff they serve in those places.
