You need to add some sugar. Raw cocco powder doesn't taste like chocolate until you add sugar.
Your best bet would be to make your own simple syrup using just sugar and water.
Alternatively you could use splenda or a sugar free vanilla syrup, but these will taste a little off but not disgusting.
Just make sure to measure how much you use, it's very easy for your mocha to go from tasting like chocolate and coffee to tasting like shit.
