I think I know what you mean but I think that electrical charge feeling was just adrenaline. Like it felt like there was an electric charge in the air

I know I have PTSD, I didn't realize it until a couple years after the shooting though.

Also the cancer isn't that bad, I already had it removed. PTSD is way worst
