Ok /ck/ I have $100 to spend on cookware or other kitchen gadget. How would you spend it for your kitchen?

/ck/, you are put in charge of coming up with a food review channel on YouTube. You must at least be as successful as ReviewBrah and his Report of the Week. How do you accomplish this?

Pic unrelated.

Sup /ck/,

Dirst time here, I'm looking for an infographics that explain which oil use for what and what temperature. I'm kinda lost for now. I use mostly butter or olive oil for everything.

Is there some no-no?
Also, do you have a sticky or something like that for beginners?
