I sliced a little piece of my fingertip clean off with those little fruit slicers, it didnt have a guard and i just kept going.
I put gauze on it, and left it there, then the gauze stuck to the wound and fused to my meat and I tried pulling it out but it hurt too much so I just cut what I could off, and left a little bit in the wound, my skin healed OVER it and I have a little bump scar on my finger and there's some gauze in my finger forever.

It's small, but so far that's the worst.
I can feel the gauze in there still.
