Mesclun mix and grilled meat is my favorite food...I eat it daily.

If given the choice of a salad like that and a buffet of garbage I'll take the salad 10/10 times.

I hate "dry" foods like pasta and bread, all they do is constipate the people that eat them. I do put croutons on my salads from time to time though.

I never understood why people take their body for granted and abuse it with garbage. We only get one body, it needs to be maintained, tuned and fueled well like the amazing machine that it is.
