I'm going on a pretty low cal diet soon and I'm wondering what places have the lowest calorie pre-made or frozen foods, even if there's fast food or takeaway places that come to mind.

I know this isn't the best way to approach a diet and I should be cooking for myself, but I'm really concerned that if I cook for myself I'll just end up improperly counting calories and wasting my time.

What are some low calorie pre-prepared or fast foods? I'm going on an alcohol cleanse and diet in February but I'm not much of a cook. I'm also bad at counting calories when they're not clearly spelled out for me on packaging, so I don't want to mess up by trying to cook for myself and overeating.

Not when I'm at the store, no. Pic related is what I was at (similar). It's like "Turkey, 200 calories per 4 oz. serving." How do I know what's 4 oz.? Is it one pinch of the tongs? Two? I don't know.
