I made jam yesterday, and it end up a little too liquid, guess what, after a night cooling down, now is totally ok, I made a perfect jam of wild blackberries.

I bitched about it and the lady at the store was like 'oh well we're working towards getting rid of any artificial flavors in our teas'. bullshit.

It's like how the cheap Twinings earl grey in the orange packets doesn't specifically say 'bergamot oil' it just has 'citrus oil' and it tastes like dirt

The Red Rose, Stash, Celestial Seasonings, and Harney and Sons earl greys are all decent. I don't know how the fuck Red Rose does it being so fucking cheap but so much better than all the garbage bargain tea brands. Lipton is terrible.
