There are a few ways to do it, but I
what I've done is poured my liquor of choice - usually white rum or vodka - into maybe 4-6 smaller bottles with a long neck (think a beer bottle that's been washed), cut holes in the watermelon rind roughly the size of the bottle mouths, then just stuck them upside down so that the liquor will slowly seep into the watermelon flesh. Let it sit for a while, usually I prep this the night before.
Another way I do it is to puree watermelon chunks then strain it for the juice, then just add liquor and another mixer - spiked watermelon lemonade is killer in the summer.
Pic related works alright, but I like a few smaller bottles to really get the liquor to seep in evenly.
