Drinking this today. it's an expresso alla milk, steamed to perfection. I created the layers with rice paper separators and added an extra shot of cold espresso at the bottom which rose to the foam, hence the beautiful 'floating tortoise' style coffee holding firm above the mixture of milk and expresso. It's not easy to make, but I'll be damned if it isn't worth it for the perfect sip of light, aery Counter Culture blend coffee
