Americanized and regular Chinese food thread
Pic related, my general tsos
>Equal parts soy sauce and shaoxing with a little but of dark soy sauce for color and bit of cornstarch to thicken
>Quarter part sugar, honey, rice wine vinegar
>Garlic and sichuan pepper
>Fry chicken in cornstarch and egg coating, dry it
>cook sauce to thicken
>toss with chicken
