The pic is because we eat mostly Jamacian food. To be honest though, she knew how to cook pretty well.

The only thing she could not do under any circumstance was bake from scratch. Cookies would be burnt, Brownies would be black. That's where my Father came in. He worked at a Bakery when he was a kid, his first job at 16. They began teaching other to cook, that's how they spent most of their time together.

Cooking is the way my friends. Cooking is the way.
