God damn that looks amazing. Nearly every restaurant around here that has fried fish uses catfish. The one reliably good place for fish and chips here in Nashville went out of business a few years back. Miss it.

I now live in the South where fried catfish is popular, especially in Fridays.

>Louisiana fried fish

how do you make it /co/?
I've had a strong desire for some fried catfish or red snapper, but I'm not at all skilled in fried food; especially not like this.

Any recipes you have? tips? recommendations on the fish?
All i have around the house right now is some salmon fillets
