I reach out to all the kind anons in Bulgaria (or not!) if you could find an image of this kind of sour cake or bread that I was served in lots of cities, alongside with some dry spices almost 15 years ago youºd put me out of my misery.

Also, what´s the name of the 3 types of meat in the same plate? Like one was a sausage, the other kind of a patty and I forget the other one, does anyone know? I think it must be a national dish, eery city I went to had it.
