I love the taste of apple in desserts, snacks, cake, pie etc., but im also on a cut. Almost all of the recipes involving apple also add huge amounts of sugar and butter, so theyre very calorie dense.

What are some great apple recipes that dont have many calories?

I only use one pot. It is a large cauldron. Once a week I make the stew for me and my brothers. We take all varieties of meat and make a nice low slow stew. Last week we put extremely poisonous mushrooms in there now I have literally become a gay ghost. Murdered by mushrooms.
