So I went shopping today and for some reason bought Brie.

I've never even tasted it but decided to try it out anyways. The thing is I have no idea how to use it. Can you give me some tips how to prepare it or suggest some shit that go well with Brie if I just eat it plain?

It can be nice, but it's fragile. Buy one for testing for cheap. Don't cut anything too hard, but good luck sharpening it with anything other than a diamond grinder.
