This first example is how fancy pant faggots think meat for tacos should be because its overcooked. Honestly I find a total miss its something I would spit the fuck out really it would likely just sit on my plate before it hits the floor.

This next example is totally on point. Aside from paying attention to the damn tortilla. Some of the meat is set to perfection much like carnitas the meat is sizzling{think bacon(@20:14 for refference)} giving it the indescribable tastiness. Check the meat in the 2nd video for the meats tenderness @24 minutes.
