My usual fare:

>just a small scoop of fried rice (if the beaners made soy sauce rice I skip it)
>only the beef from beef & broccoli
>only the chicken from chicken & broccoli
>pepper chicken
>mushrooms
>only the shrimp from the seafood medley (no thanks imitation crab)
>as many dumplings as I can fit from the dim sum station
>maybe a couple sushi or chicken nuggets that I eat while walking back to my table

My plate usual looks like pic related, but so does everybody else's.
