You. Don't. Know. What. You. Are. Talking. About. This isn't a nice restaurant, this is the field. My guys have twice the integrity than any whiteboi. Some of them work from 7 AM to 7 PM in 100 degree weather, and have a commute of over an hour. They are well compensated for this.
Also, it would be cheaper to have a company come through and work for me but I don't trust them to do as good of a job.

Did you know you can eat cactus? In Mexico the young paddles are called nopales and have a flavor like lemony green beans and are a bit slimy like okra. I like them best pan fried with eggs
