The toppings on this one weren't my usual, think I had too many jalapenos from my garden and didn't want to pickle them all, but the crust came out perfect.

Also, you could probably start the pan on the stove for a couple of minutes to get a head start on the bottom baking. Kind of hard to tell from that small slice if it needs it though. Again, just my preference, I like a very crisp crust.

It's important for a pan pizza to have a crispy crust, I can't stress that enough. It is what really sets it apart from other styles of pizza.
