It doesn't work like that, mate. The alcohol smell on your breath comes from your lungs as your body processes the alcohol in your blood. Alcohol in the blood means a bit of remnants get expelled when you exhale.

You don't get rid of it until you don't have much booze in your system. You can only cover it up with, say, garlic, onions, or strong enough mints.
