But that's wrong.
Pic related is a finished Tamil coconut-based chicken curry I made a while back. Notice that it is thin. This is because coconut milk lacks the necessary starches to thicken it. Japanese curry is much, much thicker. Because it uses a thickener. While coconut-based curries do not use any thickener and both coconut milk and coconut cream lack the ability to thicken on their own. You don't know what you're talking about.

Stop being butthurt by your lack of knowledge.
