Any Baltimore area co/ck/s know how to make pit beef? I'm trying to make a facsimile in the oven and could use some tips. I have a 3.5lb top round, seasoned and ready for the oven. Picked up kaiser rolls and prepared horseradish for the Tiger Sauce.
