I've only had this pick as far as their Rye goes. it's not overly in your face with the mashbill. Reminds me of Rittenhouse with just a little bump in proof and no Heaven Hill notes(i.e. doesnt taste cheap) but other than that its pretty similar to there regular bourbon since they are high rye already. overall 8.5/10, would buy again.

new New NEW, is only slightly more spicy/herbal than the regular Knob. distinctly peppery on the nose, almost like opened in big bag of peppered beef jerky with a little cinnamon and all spice. initial palate is molasses brownies and orange zest. mid palate has moderate amount of dill and dark chocolate. finish is medium "S"mooth with some alcohol taste and charred wood. not much as far as nutty flavors go so far, but the bottle has been open for a whole half hour. very sippable with no water. reminds me of Rittenhouse just if it were higher proof. the Knob is more black tea and Rittenhouse is more bready. added some water it amplified everything and added a smoked jalapeno note.
