1 part ketchup/sriracha (or both)
2 parts mayo
1 part any kind of mustard, spicy dijon is my favorite
diced dill pickle and a splash of pickle juice
1tbs (or 2) of chili powder

I put it on all my burgers, nice for dipping stuff as well

Made these bad boys last month, tried to basically do a smash burger sort of deal-

Butter grilled sesame seed buns
3 1/6th lb patties
3 slices Yellow American cheese
Dill pickles
Animal style sauce (thousand island with home grilled diced onions mixed in)

I have another “perfect burger” recipe as well:

Butter grilled buns
Bacon
1/2 lb patty
Yellow American cheese
Thick tomato slice
Mayo and bbq

Another I do sometimes

Butter grilled buns
1/2 lb patty
Bacon
Thick tomato slice
Red onion (raw)
Melted bleu cheese crumbles
Sriracha aioli

Literally made some today, for the first time. I want to get that crust, guess the oil/butter and actually smashing them would make sense. I also, as a first time try, made animal style sauce by just mixing thousand island with carmelized onions. Worked breddy good, 900 calories for both burgers, that’s pretty much it for the day lol.
