my gf's pink taco

My gf is helping me fix a special birthday dinner for my boyfriend. Since we're vegans we are planning on making him some Italian style "faux fish" tacos with tofu.

Gretchen, my gf, said we should marinate the tofu in a light tomato sauce and call them "pink tacos." She made these for me once and I ate her pink taco and it was good. I like the idea, and we are going to have some Italian sides, mozzarella cheese, pesto, etc. They should look a bit the picture posted.

I think it will a nice birthday dinner and I'm dying to see the look on his face when he dives into our "pink tacos." He's a picky eater so I might have to eat my gf's pink taco first just to show him how are delicious they can be.

So /ck/, is my boyfriend going to enjoy himself?
