I bought a Kitchenaid mixer and started looking at this guy's videos. Really easy to follow along with. The Preppy Kitchen is my all time favorite baking/cooking YT channel and I don't even mind that in between videos he has gay sex with his gay husband.

Who is your favorite baking youtuber? I like this guy a lot because his recipes are good and he does a good job explaining things. I didn't know until about 10 videos that he is a gay Mexican. As a newbie baker his recipes are really easy to follow.
