Jews invented a specific preparation of brisket (not smoked brisket, as far as I know), and I believe Jews did invent bagels, but not smoked salmon (that and pastrami were adapted by Ashkenazis from existing Eastern European cuisine).

Here's a pastrami I made, though. I feel like I associate pastrami with my Jewish heritage more than brisket, really.
