For me, it's the chilli oil. The most numbing super spicy food. I even ask for extra Sichuan peppercorns and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for chilli oil and they gave me a piece of intestine. I said, "Wow, tai hao le!" and the nice friendly worker DEEP in Sichuan province laughed and said, "I'm going to call you tai hao le!".
