Plenty of conservatives don't like Monsanto, either. Though most won't blame all corporations, I am one conservative who freely acknowledges the fact that giant companies often do terrible things. They also have the capacity to do amazing things, but some don't pan out that way, and some use their profits for PR campaigns and lobbying to make them seem better than they are or stay under the radar.

Genetic modification is not intrinsically bad. It is a tool, but, for a large portion of GMO crops used today, there are substantial drawbacks and unaddressed issues.
