Not by a long shot.
For me a big mac on it's own is £3.19

I can buy a tripple burger bun for 69p
https://www.iceland.co.uk/p/iceland-the-big-triple-brioche-burger-buns/77093.html
So i'll say 35p per bun
1kg of Chuck steak £8.49
https://www.themeatman.co.uk/chuck-steak-1kg/
I only need 45g per patty
Which is 22 out of the 1Kg
So 39p each patty. 78p for the burger.

10 slices of Gouda for £1.70 or 17p each. 1 slice per big mac.
or shitty plastic american cheese for 90p for 10 slices, i'll go with the gouda

Lettuce and tomatos would litterally exchange to pennies for a slice of each and if you're being lazy TID is £1.60 for 100ml which should get you about 20 servings, so i'll say 10p per serving just for fat bastards sake.

So we have 1 triple layer bun - 35p
2 patties of chuck steak - 78p
1 slice of gouda - 17p
All the veg and trims - i'll say 20p i'm not working out the weight and cost of a single leaf of lettuce or tomato
1 serving of TID - 10p
So I could make a big mac for £1.60

I would have stuff left over and could make more than 1 aswell.
It would also be much better if I bothered to make stuff from scratch like the sauce or buns
